Live Well - Die Well - Open Morning - Sat 18th May 2019 - CANCELLED
Unfortunately due to lack of interest we have made the decision to cancel this event. This decision was not taken lightly and we would like to thank the PPG for all their hard work in the planning of this event.
Our Doctors and Patient Participation Group warmly invite you to our next Open Morning on Sat, 18th May, 2019 between 10 & 12.00 pm.
- Have you thought about how you would like to be looked after if you were no longer able to speak for yourself?
- We are all going to die - what would you do if you had a chance to plan for it?
- Do you need help starting off a 'difficult conversation'?
Natalie Jones, Dorothy House Nurse Specialist for the Calne area, assisted by Dr Tully & Dr Leach, will lead a positive and interactive session on this theme - please join us.
Places are limited - please RSVP to Northlands Surgery on 01249 812141 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to join us. If numbers are very low, the event may have to be cancelled.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
The building is suitable for disabled access, including wheelchairs. We have spacious toilet facilities for both sexes off the waiting room and adjacent to the Nurses' treatment rooms.
